This is a test entry.
There are still many things to do, including:
1. Design logo/nameplate
2. Add Categories
3. Find, categorize, and add links
4. Make sure code is XML and CSS compliant
5. Apply design throughout all templates

I've done all I'm going to do as far as a adding categories. I'll leave that up to everyone else.
The code is very nearly completly CSS compliant, and very nearly HTML 4.0 Transitional compliant. I'll try to get it as near as possible to perfect, but I'm only human.
The code is also very nearly Bobby and U.S. Section 508 compliant as well.
